The NuMicro® M2351 Series, developed by Nuvoton, is a TrustZone®-empowered microcontroller series with a primary focus on Internet of Things (IoT) security. Function & Applications
The M2351 microcontroller series supports 64 MHz with up to 512 Kbytes embedded Flash memory in dual bank mode. This provision supports secure OTA (Over-The-Air) firmware update and up to 96 Kbytes embedded SRAM. Moreover, the M2351 series also provides high-performance connectivity peripheral interfaces, including UART, SPI, I2C, GPIOs, USB, and ISO 7816-3 for a smart card reader. These secure and low-power features strengthen IoT security. The M2351 series is highly suitable for IoT devices requiring secure connections, collaborative secure software development, fingerprint cards, smart home appliances, smart city facilities, WSND, AMR, portable wireless data collectors, digital currency authentication, and TEE with TAs.

The M2351 series offers low power consumption, consuming only 97 µA/MHz in LDO mode and 45 µA/MHz in DC-DC mode. The standby power-down current is 2.8 µA, while deep power-down mode without VBAT is less than 2µA.
