It is powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with DSP extension and can operate at speeds of up to 192 MHz, offering 1.25 DMIPS per MHz. Its dynamic low-power consumption is 175 µA/MHz. The M481 Base series features 512/256/128 KB of dual bank Flash memory, which supports Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware upgrades, and 160/128/64 KB of embedded SRAM, including 32 KB cache for quicker SPI Flash code execution. Secure Boot functionality is provided by a factory pre-loaded bootloader, ensuring code integrity in the embedded Flash memory. The built-in Secure Protection ROM offers a secure space for storing confidential code or data, while the integration of One-Time Programmable ROM assists with product life-cycle management. The microcontroller operates within a voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and has an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C. It features a wealth of communication interfaces, including high-speed UART/SPI/I²C/PWM peripherals, as well as multiple analog peripherals, timers, and PWM channels. It is available in QFN33, LQFP48, and LQFP64 package types.
