The NuMicro® MS51EB0AE is an 1T 8051-based CMOS microcontroller, running at speeds up to 24 MHz. It features 16 KB of flash memory, 2 KB of SRAM, and 4 KB of loader ROM for in-system programming (ISP). This microcontroller is equipped with a wide range of peripherals, including 2 sets of UART, 1 set of I²C, 1 set of SPI, 26 GPIO pins, 15-channel 12-bit ADC, a watchdog timer, and 12-channel 16-bit PWM. The package is available in TSSOP28.
