Nuvoton M032BTAG8AN is based on Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with operating frequency up to 72 MHz, equipped with 256 KB Flash and 64 KB SRAM, 1.8V ~ 3.6V low-voltage operation, and supports dual mode for Bluetooth Low Energy BLE5.0 and 2.4GHz proprietary.
The M032BTAG8AN is embedded with an extra SPROM (Security Protection ROM) and provided with a secure code execution area to protect the intelligent property of developers.
With its special design such as 12-ch 144 MHz PWM providing fast response control to the external devices, 2 MSPS ADC provides a fast and precise analog to digital data conversion for sensing voltage and current, furthermore, the M032BTAG8AN provides plenty of peripherals including 16-ch 12-bit 2 MSPS ADCs, 6 sets of UART, 2 sets of I²C, and 2 set of Universal Serial Control Interface(USCI) that can be configured as UART, SPI or I²C, also support USB2.0 full speed device. The M032BTAG8AN is allowed for wide temperature range from - 40 °C ~ 85 °C, and provided with QFN68 (8 mm x 8 mm) package to make customer’s spec in easier with M032BTAG8AN.
