Introduction
The NUC131 series developed by Nuvoton is an advanced 32-bit microcontroller family based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0 processor. It is designed to operate up to 50 MHz and has been comprehensively engineered for the demanding requirements of automotive, industrial control, communication systems, and elevator control among other applications that require robust and reliable Controller Area Network (CAN) communication.
Function & Applications
The powerful functionality of the NUC131 series lies in its diverse integration of peripheral devices including one set of CAN device, up to six UARTs, two sets of I2C, one set of SPI, and 24 channels of 100 MHz high resolution Pulse Width Modulations (PWM). Additionally, there's an Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) supporting up to 12-bit resolution at a sampling rate of up to 1 MSPS. The NUC131 series is suitable for a multitude of applications including but not limited to industrial applications control, communication systems, and elevator control.
Performance Parameters
The NUC131 series delivers high performance with a maximum operational frequency of 50 MHz and an internal 22.1184 MHz with a 1% accuracy at 25℃,5V. It has a built-in flash memory capacity of 36 KB, 8 KB SRAM, and 4 KB ISP ROM, alongside a configurable data flash. Its operating voltage ranges from 2.5V to 5.5V and can operate within a temperature range of -40 ℃ to 105 ℃.
