The Nuvoton NuMicro® M032KG8AE is part of the advanced M032 Series. This series comprises of 32-bit microcontrollers that are outfitted with an Arm® Cortex®-M0 CPU complete with a 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. The M032KG8AE operates at a voltage range of 1.8V ~ 3.6V and features 5V I/O tolerance. It can operate at speeds of up to 48/72 MHz within a temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃.

The M032 series is designed specifically for Crystal-less USB applications requiring a 1.8V low-voltage interface. This is aptly supported by an enhanced fast 2 MSPS conversion rate 12-bit ADC, comparators, and up to 24-ch 96/144 MHz PWM control. This enables fast and accurate data conversion for voltage, current, and sensor data, as well as rapid response control for external devices. Potential applications include use in mobile LCD panel controllers, IoT sensing devices, micro printers, gaming keyboards and mice, and TWS chargers, among others.

Key features of the M032KG8AE include a core based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 processor capable of running at speeds up to 72 MHz, 256 KB Flash memory, 64 KB SRAM, up to 16 channels 12-bit 2 MSPS ADC, and a host of communication interfaces, including 2-sets of USCI interfaces, 6-set of 7.2 MHz UART interfaces, 1-set of QSPI interface, 1-set of 24 MHz SPI /I2S interface, and 2-set of 1 MHz I2C interfaces.
