The NuMicro® M252SG6AE is an advanced member of the M251/M252 series, developed by Nuvoton. It is a versatile, low-power microcontroller built on the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core and designed primarily for industrial control applications. Running up to 48 MHz and offering a wealth of capability including up to 256 KB Flash, 32 KB SRAM and much more, it is packaged to meet the precise needs of IoT and other applications prioritizing power consumption.

It also includes five types of power modes and three kinds of secure protect mechanisms, making it adaptable for a variety of applications.
