It's built on Arm® Cortex®-M23 core for Armv8-M architecture, facilitating multifarious Internet-of-Things ( IoT ) applications by offering low power and rigorous security. With a frequency cap at 64 MHz, the M263KIAAE can function seamlessly within an extensive temperature range of - 40 ℃ to +105 ℃, making it apt for various challenging conditions.
