Currently, there are several NuMicro® Cortex®-M0 Family MCUs in mass production, each designed to cater to different requirements:
1. Mini51 series: Offers low pin count and cost-effectiveness.
2. Mini57 series: Features hardware divider, 1.5 KB Secure Protection ROM (SPROM), Programmable Gain Amplifier (PGA), and 12-bit ADC with two sample & holds function.
3. Mini55 series: Comes with a hardware divider and up to 33 effective I/O ports.
4. M051 series: Provides competitive performance.
5. M0518 series: Includes 16-bit 24 channels PWM and up to 6 UARTs.
6. M0519 series: Offers 2 ADCs and 2 OP Amps.
7. M0564 series: Features 256 KB Flash size, Voltage Adjustable Interface (VAI), up to 144MHz PWM, independent power source for RTC (VBAT), and rich peripherals.
8. NUC100/200: Advanced series MCUs.
9. NUC120/123/220 series: High-performance USB 2.0 FS device compatible.
10. NUC121/125/126 USB crystal-less series MCUs.
11. NUC126 series: Similar to M0564, featuring 256 KB Flash size, VAI, up to 144MHz PWM, VBAT, and rich peripherals.
12. NUC130/131/140/230/240 CAN 2.0B (Controller Area Network) bus series.
13. Nano series (Nano100/110/120/130/102/112/103): Ultra-low power MCUs with supply voltage from 1.8V to 3.6V, less than 1 μA standby current, LCD driver (4 x 40 & 6 x 38), and VBAT for RTC.
