8051 Low-Power

Nuvoton's low-power 8051 series of microcontrollers are based on 1T 8051 core, embedded with up to 64 KB flash and 4 KB SRAM, running up to 24 MHz. These power-efficient MCUs operate from 1.8V to 3.6V and run from -40°C to 105°C. Nuvoton’s low-power MCUs are comprised of: 【MG51 series】Smallest form factor for the richest interface. This series runs at 16 or 24 MHz core speed with 20 pin form factor, and supports ADC/PWM/UART/SPI/I2C interface. 【MUG51 series】Engineering the Future of Battery-Free Applications. This series runs up to 7.3728 MHz with ultra-low current consumption at 200 μA while CPU is power-on. It is suitable for battery-free devices such as RFID cards and EMR. 【ML51 series】1T Core, 24MHz, <80µA/MHz- Where every µA matters. It runs up to 24MHz with less than 80µA/MHz in normal run mode, and power-down current is below 1uA. Provides up to 56 I/O with interrupt capability. 【ML54 series】Low-Power LCD Integration at Its Best. Less than 100 µA/MHz in normal run mode, and power down current is below 2 µA with LCD panel display on. Up to 224 dots, with Type-A/B LCD panel. 【ML56 series】Architectured for interactive display solutions Built-in capacitive touch key and LCD driver. Normal run mode is under 100 µA/MHz, and power-down current is lowed to 2 µA while LCD display. View less
