Flash - Specification / QspiNAND FLash target audience

Base on the datasheet , I can found that the power consumption in deep power-down mode are quite different between W25N01JW and W25N512GW.

The current difference is even 5x~10x. I am interesting that Is that possible Winbond target the different purposes or applications by these two part numbers?
